Track It

Track It privacy policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Track It ("the app") is a shell game with cars for Android made by Digcy (DIGCY SARL AU, Casablanca, Morocco; "we"). This policy explains what data the app uses and why. Contact: hello@digcy.com.

No account

You don't sign up or log in, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number. Your progress (levels and stars, coins, best streak, the helps you have, purchases such as Remove ads, and settings such as sound, music, vibration and graphics) is saved on your phone, inside the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it.

Waitlist on this website

If you join the waitlist on trackit.digcy.com, we store your email address, the date, your browser language and which page or link you came from. We use it only to email you once when Track It is out on Google Play, and we never sell or share it. The list is stored with our database provider Supabase. To be removed, email hello@digcy.com; we delete the list after launch.

Leaderboards

When you finish an Endless run or a Daily challenge, the app sends our leaderboard:

Your nickname, flag and scores are shown to other players. Don't use your real name as your nickname. This data is stored with our database provider Supabase on servers in the EU (Ireland) and is used only for the leaderboards. It is never sold. To have your entry removed, see delete your data.

Ads (Unity Ads)

The app shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): a banner under the game, a full-screen ad between levels now and then, and optional rewarded videos (for example for a second chance, to continue an Endless run, for a free help or to double your coins). To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Unity may collect your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, your IP address and approximate location, device and app information, how you interact with the app and with ads, and diagnostics such as crash and performance data. This data is collected by and shared with Unity for advertising.

On first launch the app asks whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings → Personalised ads, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Buying Remove ads or the starter pack turns off the banner and the between-level ads. Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Purchases (Google Play)

Coin packs, the starter pack and Remove ads are bought through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Google tells the app which items you bought so it can give you your coins and restore Remove ads (Settings → Restore purchases). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Ratings

Now and then the app may show Google Play's own in-app rating card. Google decides whether it appears, and we never learn whether or how you rated.

What we don't do

The app only asks for internet access, network state and vibration (for haptics). It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for anything other than what's described here.

This website

trackit.digcy.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs to run the site.

Children

Track It is meant for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can change ad personalisation in Settings → Personalised ads, change your nickname at any time, delete the data on your phone by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage, and ask us to delete your leaderboard entry. See how to delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access or correct your data; email us and we'll help.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions or requests: hello@digcy.com.
