Delete your Track It data

Track It by Digcy has no accounts. Your progress is kept on your phone, and the leaderboards keep your nickname, country code, a random player ID and your scores. Here is how to delete each.

1. Leaderboard entry: email hello@digcy.com with the subject "Delete my Track It leaderboard entry" and your nickname (shown at the top of the Leaderboard screen in the game). We delete your player ID, nickname, country and all your scores within 30 days and reply when it's done.
2. Game data on your phone: uninstall Track It, or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Track It → Storage → Clear storage. This deletes your levels, stars, coins, best streak and settings. It can't be undone.
3. Ad data (Unity Ads): reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads), and turn off personalised ads in the game under Settings → Personalised ads. To ask Unity to delete data linked to your device, follow Unity's privacy policy.
4. Purchases: your purchase history is kept by Google Play, not by us. Manage it in your Google account.
